Freshworks – an online service providing us with a customer support portal, ticketing system for support requests and CRM. Google Analytics – provides us with general data about how visitors navigate around our websites. We use this to improve the way our websites work (e.g. less confusing for users).
Google Ads – allows us to track activity across the website for the purpose of determining conversions from paid advertising and also to build remarketing lists of potential purchasers for contact via display ads.
Microsoft Ads – allows us to track activity across the website for the purpose of determining conversions from paid advertising and also to build remarketing lists of potential purchasers for contact via display ads.
SendGrid – an email sending service. We use this to provide the MyNesting Online web application to you, including Azure Active Directory Business-to-Consumer (commonly called Azure B2C) which enables us to authenticate end users.
